Refund policy

  1. We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
  2. Please note that we do not have a return policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty.
  3. To Return/Exchange any product please send an e-mail to info@notsosure.in stating the reason of return. 
  4. In case of returns, we request you to ship back the original product in the same packaging as received to ” No 24, Barnaby road, Kilpauk, Chennai – 600010 ”.
  5. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after 7 days or items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
  6. All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items.
  7. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  8. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
  9. End-of-season sale items or final sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
  10. Please note that the payment will be returned within 7-15 working days.
  11. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet the above return/exchange requirements at out sole discretion.
  12. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. If you receive any item that is not in perfect condition please contact us, immediately. In case of returns, we request you to ship back the original product in the same packaging as received.
